Performance Experience
Prior to graduating high school in 2003, I received an offer to play the role of “Belle” from “Beauty and the Beast” for the Disney on Ice presentation of “Princess Classics.” Starting in June of that year, I performed and traveled with Disney to 10 countries worldwide, including Japan, Australia, Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines. The two years spent on the “Princess Classics” show were an incredible learning experience for me, and I feel that, because of that experience, I am much more aware of the international impact figure skating has, and the views taken on our sport around the world.
